Clenet Series IV

Past and Present Clenet Series IV Sportster Owners

The Clenet Series IV Sportster was designed by Alfred J. DiMora and built in the Carpinteria factory. There was one prototype built along with three production cars. The serial number of the first production automobile produced is out of sequence because the owner requested 007 on the plaque. Approximately 10 additional cars were in production at the time the plant was closed in 1987.

The base price of the Series IV was $54,900.
