Wanted: Clenet Enthusiasts

Join us for a fun day of cars, motorcycles, and celebrities in Palm Springs

As a Clenet owner, you are invited to attend the Palm Springs Walk of Stars dedication for the placement of a star honoring Alfred J. DiMora on Sunday, November 15. The location will be directly in front of the Palm Canyon Theatre, at the intersection of Palm Canyon and Alejo. Al is being honored for his humanitarian service and entrepreneurial achievements in fields ranging from automotive and motorcycle design and manufacturing to chemical recycling and computer engineering.

Speakers will include Academy Award-winning actor Ernest Borgnine, Larry Wilcox from "ChiPs", and TV and movie star Bo Hopkins, who will arrive in his maroon '50 Merc, like he drove in "American Graffiti". Also speaking will be comedian/singer Steve Rossi (of Allen & Rossi), Hollywood car customizer George Barris (known for his Batmobile and many other movie cars), and renowned sports agent Leigh Steinberg (whose life inspired the Tom Cruise movie "Jerry Maguire"). Numerous other celebrities are also expected to attend.

On display at the event will be many unique cars and custom motorcycles, as well as DiMora’s classic Clenet luxury cars. You are invited to drive your own Clenet to the event and show it off. Bring a friend! The event is free and open to the public.
